Train like Carlos Condit - Day 1 - 30 May, 2017 - Tuesday

Hey guys,

Carlos is my favorite UFC fighter (Ultimate Fighting Championship) and i'm going to try and be fit like him.

I know i'll not be competing at UFC ever in this life but nevertheless since I am a Condit fan, i'll try to be at least fit like him or close to him.

I work at an advertising agency so finding time for workouts is already a challenge for me.

This blog is all about my training to be like Condit some day.

I'm a beginner as of now and am not in the best shape of my life but i'm about to embark on a journey of fitness with Condit as my idol.

I'll be sharing my progress, pics, workouts etc. that I do at the gym and at home at times with the Jump Rope and weights right here on this very blog.

I would love to hear from all of you as well on how am I doing and please do try my workouts as well so that I know whether you are also benefiting from the same.

Next post onward, i'll share my workouts and videos wherever possible.

The stats will also come up soon.

These are my current reps and the target for 2017:-
1. Push ups current 10 - Target 100
2. Pull ups current 2 - Target 20
3. Running current 1k - Target 5k
4. Squats current 30 - Target 200
5. Crunches current 35 - Target 300
6. Single Unders (Jump Rope) current 237 - Target 2000
All above targets are unbroken reps targeted.

Looks very very uphill but i'm still gonna go for it.

As an update to this post, i'll put my current photos tomorrow as well and in the gym i'll take my weight photo.
